Best way to store for winter

I have 4 iceberg Patio Tree Roses (Rosa Korbin Floribunda). The tags indicate they need protection where temps reach 15 degrees and lower. Should I mulch outdoors or bring them into the garage? Should I then water over winter? Thank you

Hi,

You didn't mention if they were in the ground or containers. If in containers let them go dormant (temps down into the 20's won't hurt them) and then move them to an unheated garage (35-40 degrees) for the winter. Check on soil moisture and keep just barely moist. If in the ground you will need to pack them in straw using twine to tie the straw into place around the plant.
