I have a tropical palm, I'm not sure the exact kind. I was wondering if I should remove what appears to be a new tree or should I just leave it and replant in a larger pot? I belive the palm is about 4 yrs old. Thank you.

I might suggest leaving it alone right now and not do anything until perhaps spring. If the plant is going fine in the pot it is in I see no need to repot. Tropicals here during the winter don't do all that much growing and so if you were to repot it might be better in the spring when normal growth is resumed and the plant has a better chance of reestablishing itself.
