I am looking for flowers, perennial or bulbs for a red, white and blue garden. This space gets strong morning sun and has some southern exposure. I would like the longest blooming season I can get. I don't want to have to dig the bulbs up in the winter. If they would have to be different flowers, I would like them to bloom at the same time. I would appreciate your help. Thank you, Kris

If you are looking for something that would be dependable, long lasting in flower and not need much maintance then you might consdier using red, white, and blue varieities of petunia. I've seen some fantastic beds done with these flowers that are very dependable. Just make sure that the varieties you pick are all of the same series so you have uniformity of size etc. You could also consider the the blue and white varieites of angelonia. Very good and very dependable. There are also blue and white ageratum
