I have a small piece from a Christmas catus that I am trying to get ready to re-pot. I now have it in a glass of a small amount of water. Will it have roots, or should I go ahead and plant it in a pot/dirt?
Thanks.

Hi,
Chirstmas cactus will root failrly easy if you just insert the stem directly into a pot filled with good potting mix. After potting keep the soil just bairly damp. Too wet and the cutting will rot. Betteron the dry side. It should root easily in a few weeks.
