Had construction that lasted through the end of december. By the time I could access my yard, it was too late to see in the fall so I need to do it now. When is the earliest or otimal time to start to see my yard this spring?

Hi,
When you can actually work the soil for seeding is going to depend completly on the weather and when the soil is dry enough to work. Given that the best time in the spring to sow grass seed is around April.
