Hi, and thank you..We have a chain link fence seperating two properties. We need some privacy because we are close quarted. To lessen expense we came up with the idea of allowing morning glory to cover the fence (Crimson Rambler). Our concern is for our 2 dogs, The vines has to be non-toxic .I would appreciate your input and suggestion...Thanks Again!

Hi, According to my information on poisonous plant parts morning glory seeds are considered to be toxic and if ingested may cause confusion, blurred vision and lack of coordination. i don't know how much it would take and this information is for human ingestion. animals may be different so I might suggest consulting a vet who may have better information regarding animal ingestion.
