My hydrangea and Riverbirch tree got hit with frost a week or so ago. Leaves are brown and curled up. Totally on hydrangea and partially on River Birch tree and oak leaf hydrangea. It would have been fine but I forgot the early morning sprinklers were on. Oops! will they come out of it and re leaf and flower this season?

Hi,

Both the plants should releaf from buds that are on the plant right now and are generally considered "reserve" buds in case something happens to the newly emerging leaves. If the hydrangea flower buds were not frost damage it should flower but if they were frost damage there will be no flowers this year on it.
