Bradford pear or aristocraatic pear

Can either of these varieties of pear work out in the country? We get a lot of wind, and I was advised they don't work well in the country. Any thoughts

Hi,

Bradford pear is notorious for its narrow branch angles thus it is more prone to breaking due to wind or snow loads.
