when and how high should I raise the canoty on my river birch trees

Hi, How high depends on wheter the plant is in a planting bed where the low handing branches will not interfer with lawn maintenance activities. In this case I would leave them low. If the tree is in the lawn and you need to get under it to mow etc lilmb them up to a level that will easily allow yo to maintain under the plant. You can do this most any time the plant may need maintainance.
