soil test u of illinois

I have a question about soil tests.

The recent Illinois house bill 6099 which regards fertilizer application lists that before phosphorus containing fertilizer can be applied by a hired applicator a soil test needs to be done by a University of Illinois approved lab. Do you know where I could find an updated list of these labs. Is the list found at the following URL current?
