Whether it be a rainbow after a summer shower, tulips blooming in the flower bed, or a young calf nursing for the first time, some things are just pretty to observe. I would argue that a sunrise view of a fully ripe wheat field ready to be harvested could be added to that list.........

Herbicide Resistant Waterhemp

It would appear that even university research centers are not immune from having to deal with herbicide resistant waterhemp. The waterhemp plant pictured above was sprayed postemergence when less than 2 inches tall with the full rate of a diphenyl-ether herbicide, using the appropriate adjuvants.
