4-H Connections

4-H Connections is a leadership conference sponsored by 4-H Federations of Boone, DeKalb and Ogle Counties open to all youth between the ages of 13 - 18 years. 4-H Connections will be held at Northern Illinois University in the Holmes Student Center in DeKalb, Illinois on November 2 & 3, 2012. Attendees will have an opportunity to meet and work with other youth across the state, as well as have a fun and enjoyable experience as they enhance their leadership skills. Youth will stay in the hotel rooms of the Holmes Student Center, as well as enjoy an evening of bowling, billards, arcades and pizza for their recreation time on Friday evening. Come Saturday morning a breakfast buffet will start the morning, followed by a variety of hands-on workshops. The cost to attend this event is only $110 and includes all expenses. Registration deadline for this event is October 8th.
