PROGRAMS - Past Programs on Hay Quality

A sampling of programs. This is not a complete list.

  • Bi-state Horse Workshop PDF
    A full day program organized and sponsored by Illinois and Wisconsin Cooperative Extension Services for horse owners will be offered on Saturday, April 2nd, 2011 in Bristol. This program will offer 3 tracts for participants to choose from including a trail riding tract, senior horse tract and advanced horseman tract. An example of some of the session topics includes Nutrition for the Senior Horse, Managing Emergencies on the Trail, Advanced Nutrition in Performance Horses and much more. The program begins at 8am on April 2nd and will continue until 2:15pm. Lunch will be included with the program fees, which are $35/person or $60/2 people and youth $15/person before March 28th. Registration fees increase $10 after the March 28th deadline..
