  • 4-H Alumni Award Word
    Any adult who has been previously enrolled in 4-H and has an outstanding record of accomplishments relating to good citizenship in adult life is eligible for consideration.

  • Brown Award for Leadership and Citizenship Word
    The purpose of this award is to recognize DeKalb County 4-H members who have developed the basic life skills needed to be good citizens and community leaders.

  • I Dare You Award Nomination Form Word

  • Outstanding 4-H Club President Word
    Both 4-H members and leaders can nominate their club president for this award.

  • Outstanding 4-H Club Recreation Officer Word
    Both 4-H members and leaders can nominate their club recreation officer for this award.

  • Outstanding 4-H Club Vice-President Word
    Both 4-H members and leaders can nominate their club vice-president for this award.

    This award gives 4-H clubs the opportunity to recognize any 4-H volunteer for their dedication and support of their club's programming effort, or a the county level.

  • STATE 4-H KEY AWARD PDF
    This award recognizes youth wo have demonstrated excellence in leadership and a strong focus on community service and mentoring. Open to youth who were 16-18 years of age on Sept. 1, 2016. Can only be won once in 4-H career. Plaque and state recognition.

    Nominations for this award may only be made for total teams of club leaders. 4-H members, parents and leaders can make nominations.
