Vicky is the County Director for U of I Extension in Boone, DeKalb and Ogle counties. As such, she provides leadership in developing the plan of work for Ogle County, working in conjunction with Extension staff and local citizens. She has primary responsibility for working with the local Extension council, serves as the fiscal manager of the office, and supervises paraprofessional staff. Vicky holds a bachelor of science degree in psychology from the University of Illinois at Urbana-Champaign; a master of science in public health administration from the University of Missouri-Columbia; and a law degree from Loyola University School of Law, Chicago.

Vicky coordinates programming in commrcial agriculture, nutrition, family & consumer sciences, 4-H and youth development, and community & economic development. Program offerings include:
