The Steuben Rangers bring in members from a huge area surrounding Sparland. They meet in LaPrairie Church on the second Monday of each month. They were the winners of the 2005 Spirit Stick at Achievement Night.

One of their annual fun events is to go Ice Skating at Owens Center in Peoria.

Their recretation officers are very good about bringing games for the club members to play at the end of the meeting.
