Websites with Data Resources – The following websites are good examples of providing ready access to secondary data you can use to make the case in your communities:

  • Indiana Stats has data for all counties in the U.S.
  • Headwaters Economics is a nonprofit independent organization that focuses on the west but has an impressive database that generates written reports for all U.S. counties.
  • Youreconomy.org is a service of the Edward Lowe Foundation and provides access to data measuring economic activity in counties across the country.
