Saturday, April 26, 2003 a baby and child care fair for families with young children and expectant parents was held at Lincoln Elementary School, in Jacksonville.

The fair consisted of educational information, developmental screenings, vision and hearing screenings, car seat safety check, book fair, drawings, games, giveaways and entertainment.
