Helping FFA Members Deliver Ag in the Classroom Programs
This workshop will take place on January 10 from 4-6 p.m. at the Extension office in Onarga.  Youth from area FFA chapters are invited to learn different activities they can do with youth during FFA week classroom presentations, FFA fairs, FFA kids camps, etc.  The two hour workshop will include hands on activities and book ideas.

Ag Career Night
Junior High and High School youth and their families are invited to attend the first Ag in the Classroom Ag Careers Night.  From 6-8 p.m. on February 12 youth will have the opportunity to hear from local agribusiness people about what their careers is all about.  Come find out about the schooling/training needed, skills required, and how agriculture is more than farmers and grain elevator operators.  Participants will have the opportunity to visit with local agriculture schools and ask questions of our panel of agribusiness people.

We ask that everyone please preregister for these events by calling 815-268-4051.
