What I took away most from the trip was the beliefs and sense of value the Chinese people have for family and tradition. You can see western influence, especially in the young people…but I still see them valuing their traditions. They seem respectful of outsiders and interested in developing business relations with the west. I wish that I knew more Chinese language to interact/communicate better with the native Chinese.
