Broadleaf Weed Identification Workshop Offered at Taylorville

University of Illinois Extension will hold a workshop on broadleaf weed identification and management Thursday, August 4, 2016 from 9:00 – 11:00 a.m. at University of Illinois Extension Christian County office, 1120 N. Webster St., Taylorville. 

Correct weed identification is an important first step in the development of an effective weed management program.  Using a classroom presentation, weed samples, and a weed walk, University of Illinois Extension Educator Andrew Holsinger will help participants enhance their broadleaf weed identification skills.  Workshop held rain or shine. (No meal will be provided.)
