MRTN/Split Rate Calculator apps available
The MRTN Android app has been updated to include a split rate and cost comparison calculator. The new version is also now available for the Apple iPhone and iPad. The Apple app is available in the iTunes app store listed as "MRTN/Nitrogen Application Calculator". To download the Android app, click on this link Android App: MRTN/Nitrogen Calc
The data and encouragement of Dr. Emerson Nafziger started this project almost a year ago. About 150 copies of the original MRTN Android app were distributed last winter and spring.
I developed these updated apps with input and support from the Illinois Council on Best Management Practices. The conversion to the Apple iOS computer language was provided by the University of Illinois Extension Web Development Team.

Root is not required to install these Android apps. If you are having specific difficulties installing them please let me know.
