Your Diet, Your Kitchen, a Hands-on Cooking Approach for All

A healthy diet with a variety of foods is important. As busy as many people and families are, it may be difficult to find ways to save time and effort in cooking. Your Diet, Your Kitchen will show you ways of cooking that can bring dinner to the table faster. Join University of Illinois Extension to discuss food choices, mealtime challenges, make recipes and eat a meal.

Class topics include:
Freezer Meals | January 26 | 6:30-7:30pm | $5 per household (up to 4 people)
The Freezer Meal class will sample recipes instead of sharing a meal.

5 Ingredient Fix | March 27 | 5-7pm | $10 per person

No Cook Meals | May 25 | 5-7pm | $10 per person

30 Minute Meals | July 18, 2017 | 5-7pm | $10 per person

One-Pot Meals | September 28, 2017 | 5-7pm | $10 per person
