Money Smart Week 2015

April 18 – 25, 2015

Money Smart Week is a national public awareness campaign coordinated by the Federal Reserve Bank of Chicago to help individuals and families better manage their personal finances.

This year, University of Illinois Extension Consumer Economics Educator, Sasha Grabenstetter has scheduled eleven programs throughout the Grundy, Kankakee and Will County area. Preserve the Taste of Summer - New online course

University of Illinois Extension is excited to announce our new food preservation series, "Preserve the Taste of Summer."

This 8-module online course covers everything from food safety and canning basics to pickles and jams.

The course is self-paced, so you can learn when it is convenient for you!

Participants who complete the online course will be eligible to participate in exclusive hands-on workshops.

Course fee: $50.
