Giving to University of Illinois Extension

Each unit has a 501 c-3 non-profit Foundation whose mission is to support its local Extension unit's educational programs through fundraisers, memorials and gifts. Your donations to your local Extension Foundation are tax deductible and go to support LOCAL programs in your community such as horticulture education & the Master Gardener Program; food & nutrition education programs for schools, families, & social service agencies; 4-H education & youth development; agriculture seminars from University of Illinois and Ag in the Classroom Partnership; legislative seminars for public officials; and collaboration on community and economic development opportunities and grants.
