Applications for Illinois Service Awards

  • 2012 Achievement in Service Award (ASA) Application
    Achievement in Service Award is recognition for NAE4-HA members who are actively engaged in Extension youth programs and who have served more than three, but less than seven years as of December 15, 2011 in Extension youth programs. Deadline February 29, 2012.

  • 2012 Distinguished Service Award (DSA) Application
    Any current member of NAE4-HA who has paid dues for at least the immediate two consecutive years prior to the current year, as well as the current year, is eligible for the D.S.A. award, provided the individual has served seven years or more in Extension youth programs. Members recommended must be actively engaged in Extension youth programs as of the date the selections are made. Deadline: February 29, 2012.

  • 2012 Early Career Award Application
    Early Career Service Award is recognition for IEPYE members with less than three (3) years of service in Extension youth programs. Employment must have been between September 1, 2008 up through August 31, 2011. Deadline: February 29, 2012.

  • 2012 Meritorious Service Award (MSA) Application
    Any current member of NAE4-HA who has paid dues for at least the immediate four consecutive years prior to the current year, provided the individual has served 15 years or more in Extension youth programs. Applicant must have previously received the NAE4-HA Distinguished Service Award (list year it was awarded). Deadline: February 29, 2012.

  • 2012 Outstanding Program Award Application
    Any current member of IEPYE may apply for the State Outstanding Program award. Awards will be presented to both the top individual youth-related program and the top team youth-related program. The program must have been carried out between September 1, 2010 and August 31, 2011. Deadline: February 29, 2012.

Communication Awards

Any member of NAE4-HA who was a member in good standing at least the prior year as well as the current year is eligible for the Communicator awards.  Dues must have been paid by January 31, 2012, for your entry to be considered.  Team awards must include at least one NAE4-HA member.  NAE4-HA members who are national award recipients receive plaques, and additional team members receive certificates. The following Communication Awards are available through National Association of Extension 4-H Agents. Application Deadline is: March 1.
