Bean Salad With Rice

Servings: 8
Ingredients:
1 can (16oz) black beans, rinsed, drained.
1 can (16oz) mandarin oranges in light syrup/juice, drained
2 cups cooked rice
3 Tbsps. nonfat Italian salad dressing
    Instructions:
  1. Combine all ingredients.
  2. Refrigerate to chill well.
  3. Serve over lettuce.
