Barbecue Sandwich
Serves 8
| 1 med. onion, finely chopped |
| 1 Tbsp. butter |
| 1 cup ketchup |
| 1 Tbsp. Worcestershire sauce |
| 2 tsp. prepared mustard |
| 1 can (29 oz.) meat (beef, chicken, or pork) |
| 8 hamburger buns |
| Salt & pepper to taste |
- Instructions:
- Place onion and butter in a skillet and cook until tender.
- Add ketchup, sugar, and mustard. Cook until hot.
- Add canned meat and heat thoroughly.
- Serve on buns.
