Tuna Salad

| ¼ cup light mayonnaise |
| 1 jalapeno pepper |
| 1 Tbsp. lemon juice |
| 1 can tuna in water, drained |
| ½ cup cucumber, chopped |
| ½ cup tomato ,chopped |
| ¼ cup cilantro, chopped |
- Instructions:
- Mix together mayonnaise, jalapeno, and lemon juice.
- Add tuna, cucumber, tomato, and cilantro.
- Mix together and refrigerate.
