Melon Berry Salad
Servings: 6
| 1 cantaloupe, cut into small pieces |
| 2 apples, cut into small pieces |
| 1 cup blueberries |
| 2 Tbsp. honey |
| 2 Tbsp. lemon juice |
| 1 tub non fat whipped topping (opt.) |
- Instructions:
- Combine cantaloupe, apple and blueberries in a glass serving bowl.
- In a small dish combine honey and lemon juice.
- Pour honey mixture over fruit and toss gently.
- Cover and refrigerate for one hour before serving.
- Serve with whipped topping.
- Suggestions: Serve with frozen yogurt or sherbet.
