Pasta Vegetable Salad

Servings: 10
Ingredients:
3 cups cooked macaroni (any shape)
½-1 cup chopped green pepper
1 thinly sliced carrot
½-1 cup coarsely chopped broccoli
½ cup red onion, sliced or coarsely chopped
1 cup low-fat Italian dressing
1 tsp. Italian spices (oregano, basil), option
    Instructions:
  1. Mix ingredients together lightly.
  2. Use enough dressing to moisten ingredients.
  3. For a main dish salad, add meat or cheese.
