Pasta Vegetable Salad
Servings: 10
| 3 cups cooked macaroni (any shape) |
| ½-1 cup chopped green pepper |
| 1 thinly sliced carrot |
| ½-1 cup coarsely chopped broccoli |
| ½ cup red onion, sliced or coarsely chopped |
| 1 cup low-fat Italian dressing |
| 1 tsp. Italian spices (oregano, basil), option |
- Instructions:
- Mix ingredients together lightly.
- Use enough dressing to moisten ingredients.
- For a main dish salad, add meat or cheese.
