Crispy Tortilla Salad

Servings: 4
Ingredients:
2 flour tortillas (10 inch), cut into strips
½ cup light Italian salad dressing
6 cups salad greens
4 chicken breasts, grilled, cut into 1-inch strips
2 apples, cored, chopped
    Instructions:
  1. Toss tortilla strips with 2 tablespoons of salad dressing.
  2. Place in a single layer on a cookie sheet.
  3. Bake tortilla strips at 375 degrees for 5-8 minutes or until crisp and lightly browned. Cool.
  4. Toss salad greens, grilled chicken strips, and apples together.
  5. Mix thoroughly with remaining salad dressing.
  6. Top with tortilla strips.
