Crispy Tortilla Salad
Servings: 4
| 2 flour tortillas (10 inch), cut into strips |
| ½ cup light Italian salad dressing |
| 6 cups salad greens |
| 4 chicken breasts, grilled, cut into 1-inch strips |
| 2 apples, cored, chopped |
- Instructions:
- Toss tortilla strips with 2 tablespoons of salad dressing.
- Place in a single layer on a cookie sheet.
- Bake tortilla strips at 375 degrees for 5-8 minutes or until crisp and lightly browned. Cool.
- Toss salad greens, grilled chicken strips, and apples together.
- Mix thoroughly with remaining salad dressing.
- Top with tortilla strips.
