Tuna Melt
Servings: 4
| ¼ cup plain low-fat yogurt |
| ½ tsp. curry powder (opt.) |
| ¼ tsp. onion powder |
| 1 can tuna, in water, drained |
| 4 slices whole wheat bread |
| ½ cup low-fat cheddar cheese, shredded |
- Instructions:
- Stir yogurt, curry powder and onion powder together in a medium bowl.
- Add tuna and stir until combined.
- Spread tuna mixture on the 4 slices of bread.
- Top with cheese.
- Heat in microwave about 20-30 seconds or until cheese melts.
