Tuna Macaroni Salad

Servings: 4
Ingredients:
1 cup elbow macaroni, uncooked
2 cans tuna, in water, drained, unsalted
4 eggs, hard-cooked, diced
¼ cup celery, chopped
¾ cup carrots, grated
½ cup fat free mayonnaise-type salad dressing
2 Tbsp. onion, minced
¼ tsp. pepper
    Instructions:
  1. Cook macaroni in water until tender. Drain.
  2. Combine macaroni, tuna, eggs, celery and carrots in a large bowl.
  3. Stir together salad dressing, onion and pepper.
  4. Spoon dressing over salad.
  5. Toss until evenly combined.
  6. Chill until ready to serve.
