Stuffed Apple 2

| 1 med. apple |
| 1½ Tbsp. creamy peanut butter |
| 1 tsp. wheat germ |
| 1 tsp. raisins |
- Instructions:
- Wash and cut apple in half.
- Remove the core leaving a place for the peanut butter mixture.
- Cut one thin slice from the apple halves.
- Mix together peanut butter, crisp rice cereal and raisins.
- Spoon peanut butter mixture into apple center.
- Use the thin apple slice like a sail in the middle of the peanut butter mixtures.
