Stuffed Apple 2

Servings: 2
Ingredients:
1 med. apple
1½ Tbsp. creamy peanut butter
1 tsp. wheat germ
1 tsp. raisins
    Instructions:
  1. Wash and cut apple in half.
  2. Remove the core leaving a place for the peanut butter mixture.
  3. Cut one thin slice from the apple halves.
  4. Mix together peanut butter, crisp rice cereal and raisins.
  5. Spoon peanut butter mixture into apple center.
  6. Use the thin apple slice like a sail in the middle of the peanut butter mixtures.
