Hot Cocoa Mix

Servings: 14
Ingredients:
1 cup dry nondairy creamer
1 cup nonfat dry milk
½ cup unsweetened cocoa
1 cup sugar
    Instructions:
  1. Mix ingredients.
  2. Store in airtight container.
  3. Serve:
  4. Spoon 3 heaping Tablespoons Hot Cocoa Mix into mug.
  5. Add 3/4 cup boiling water.
  6. Stir.
  7. Raspberry: add 1 teaspoon unsweetened raspberry drink mix.
  8. Mocha: add 1/4 cup instant coffee.
  9. Mexican: add 1 teaspoon ground cinnamon.
  10. Sugar-Free: substitute 15 envelopes asparatame sugar substitute for 1 cup sugar.
