Orange Melon Frost

Servings: 4
Ingredients:
2 cups desired melon pieces (cantaloupe, honeydew, etc.)
¼ cup non-fat yogurt
¼ cup skim milk
1 Tbsp. sugar
1 cup orange or lemon sherbet
    Instructions:
  1. In blender container combine melon pieces, yogurt, milk and sugar.
  2. Cover and blend until smooth.
  3. Add sherbet and blend until smooth.
