Orange Melon Frost
Servings: 4
| 2 cups desired melon pieces (cantaloupe, honeydew, etc.) |
| ¼ cup non-fat yogurt |
| ¼ cup skim milk |
| 1 Tbsp. sugar |
| 1 cup orange or lemon sherbet |
- Instructions:
- In blender container combine melon pieces, yogurt, milk and sugar.
- Cover and blend until smooth.
- Add sherbet and blend until smooth.
