Potato Soup Mix
Servings: 12
| 1¾ cups instant mashed potatoes |
| 1½ cups non-fat dry milk powder |
| 2 Tbsp. instant chicken bouillon |
| 1½ tsp. seasoned salt |
| 1 tsp. dried parsley |
| ¼ tsp. dried whole thyme |
| ¼ tsp. pepper |
| ¼ tsp. turmeric |
- Instructions:
- Mix all the ingredients.
- Store in air tight container.
- Pour ¼ cup soup mix in mug or bowl.
- Add 1 cup boiling water.
- Stir and let sit for 1 to 2 minutes to thicken.
