Potato Soup Mix

Servings: 12
Ingredients:
1¾ cups instant mashed potatoes
1½ cups non-fat dry milk powder
2 Tbsp. instant chicken bouillon
1½ tsp. seasoned salt
1 tsp. dried parsley
¼ tsp. dried whole thyme
¼ tsp. pepper
¼ tsp. turmeric
    Instructions:
  1. Mix all the ingredients.
  2. Store in air tight container.
  3. Pour ¼ cup soup mix in mug or bowl.
  4. Add 1 cup boiling water.
  5. Stir and let sit for 1 to 2 minutes to thicken.
