Deviled Eggs
Servings: 12
| 6 peeled hard cooked eggs |
| ¼ cup low-fat mayonnaise |
| ¼ tsp. salt |
| ¼ tsp. prepared mustard |
| 1 tsp. minced onion |
| Dash of pepper |
- Instructions:
- Cut eggs into lengthwise halves.
- With teaspoon, carefully remove yolks to a small bowl and set whites aside.
- Mash yolks until very fine and crumbly.
- Blend in mayonnaise and add the remaining ingredients.
- Generously refill hollow in whites with yolk mixture.
- Chill eggs and refrigerate until served.
