Deviled Eggs

Servings: 12
Ingredients:
6 peeled hard cooked eggs
¼ cup low-fat mayonnaise
¼ tsp. salt
¼ tsp. prepared mustard
1 tsp. minced onion
Dash of pepper
    Instructions:
  1. Cut eggs into lengthwise halves.
  2. With teaspoon, carefully remove yolks to a small bowl and set whites aside.
  3. Mash yolks until very fine and crumbly.
  4. Blend in mayonnaise and add the remaining ingredients.
  5. Generously refill hollow in whites with yolk mixture.
  6. Chill eggs and refrigerate until served.
