Baked Chicken with Peaches

Servings: 6
Ingredients:
1 broiler/fryer chicken, cut into serving pieces, skin removed
1 Tbsp. flour
1 Tbsp. butter
1 can (16oz.) peach halves in light syrup, drained, reserve syrup
½ tsp. cinnamon (opt.)
½ tsp. nutmeg (opt.)
    Instructions:
  1. Place chicken pieces in a single layer in a greased baking pan.
  2. Sprinkle flour over chicken. Dot with butter.
  3. Bake uncovered in a 375 degree F oven for 30 minutes.
  4. Place peach halves around chicken. Spoon peach syrup over chicken and peaches. Sprinkle cinnamon and nutmeg over all.
  5. Bake 20 minutes more or until thoroughly cooked (meat thermometer registers 165 degrees F).
