Rice and Salsa
Serves 4
| 1½ cups water |
| 1 cup salsa |
| 1 Tbsp. granulated sugar |
| ¼ cup finely chopped onions |
| 2 cups instant brown or white rice, prepared |
| ½ cup shredded cheese, fat free |
- Instructions:
- Combine water, salsa, sugar, and onion in a medium saucepan.
- Stir in rice and cover. Follow cooking times on rice package.
- Remove lid and fluff rice with fork.
- Top rice with cheese. Serve.
