Rice and Salsa

Serves 4
Ingredients:
1½ cups water
1 cup salsa
1 Tbsp. granulated sugar
¼ cup finely chopped onions
2 cups instant brown or white rice, prepared
½ cup shredded cheese, fat free
    Instructions:
  1. Combine water, salsa, sugar, and onion in a medium saucepan.
  2. Stir in rice and cover. Follow cooking times on rice package.
  3. Remove lid and fluff rice with fork.
  4. Top rice with cheese. Serve.
