Quesadillas
Servings: 4
| 8 - 6" flour tortillas |
| 1 cup shredded cheese |
| 1 cup salsa or picante sauce |
| 2 cups cooked meat, cut into small pieces |
- Instructions:
- Spray a nonstick skillet with cooking spray and heat.
- Warm tortilla on heated skillet.
- Sprinkle ¼ cup cheese, 2 Tbsp salsa, and ¼ cup hot meat evenly on the open faced tortilla.
- Warm tortilla on skillet or in microwave until cheese melts.
- Fold tortilla in half and serve.
