Quesadillas

Servings: 4
Ingredients:
8 - 6" flour tortillas
1 cup shredded cheese
1 cup salsa or picante sauce
2 cups cooked meat, cut into small pieces
    Instructions:
  1. Spray a nonstick skillet with cooking spray and heat.
  2. Warm tortilla on heated skillet.
  3. Sprinkle ¼ cup cheese, 2 Tbsp salsa, and ¼ cup hot meat evenly on the open faced tortilla.
  4. Warm tortilla on skillet or in microwave until cheese melts.
  5. Fold tortilla in half and serve.
