Turkey Pie

Servings: 4
Ingredients:
1½ cups chopped, cooked turkey
¼ cup diced celery
2 Tbsp. minced onion
¾ cup cooked carrots
1½ cups canned or cooked peas
1½ cups turkey gravy
1 cup seasoned mashed potatoes
    Instructions:
  1. Place turkey in bottom of deep pie pan or shallow baking dish.
  2. Mix together the celery, onions, carrots and peas; put on top of turkey.
  3. Pour gravy on top of vegetables. Spoon mashed potatoes around edge of dish.
  4. Bake at 425 degrees for 20 minutes or until hot all the way through.

Pie de Pavo

Porciones: 4
Ingredients:
1½ taza de pavo cocido
¼ taza de apio picado
2 cucharadas de cebolla picada
¾ taza de zanahorias cocidas
1½ taza de chicharos enlatados o cocidos
1½ taza de salsa para pavo (gravy)
1 taza de puré de papa sazonado
    Instructions:
  1. Colocar el pavo en un molde par a pie o en un molde de homear.
  2. Mezclar el apio, cebolla, zanahoria y chicharos; ponerlos encima del pavo.
  3. Vaciar el gravy encima de los vegetales. Poner el puré alrede dor del molde.
  4. Hornear a 425° F por 20 minutos o hasta que esté bien caliente.
