Fruit 'N' Yogurt Breakfast Shake
Servings: 2
| 1 med. banana, peeled (very ripe) |
| ¾ cup pineapple juice |
| ½ cup low fat vanilla yogurt |
| ½ cup strawberries, remove stem and rinse |
- Instructions:
- Blend banana with pineapple juice, yogurt and strawberries in a blender until smooth.
- Divide shake bewteen 2 glasses.
- Serve immediately.
