Casserole Sauce Mix

9 cans
Ingredients:
2 cups nonfat dry milk powder
¾ cup cornstarch
¼ cup reduced-sodium instant chicken or beef bouillon
½ tsp. dried crushed thyme
½ tsp. dried crushed basil
¼ tsp. pepper
    Instructions:
  1. Combine all ingredients using blender or food processor.
  2. Store in an airtight container.
  3. To prepare as substitute for one can of condensed cream soup in recipes, stir together 1/3 cup dry mix and 1¼ cups water in saucepan.
  4. Cook and stir until thickened.
  5. Recipe equals 9 cans condensed soup.
  6. Use with Hashed Brown Potato Casserole Recipe ID # 48
