Fruit Yogurt Shake

Servings: 4
Ingredients:
1 cup fruit (fresh, canned or frozen), cut up
1 1/3 cups low fat frozen yogurt
2 cups skim milk, ice cold
2 Tbsps. sugar
    Instructions:
  1. Cut up fruit.
  2. Combine all ingredients in blender and puree.
  3. Pour into chilled glasses and serve.
