Fruit Yogurt Shake
Servings: 4
| 1 cup fruit (fresh, canned or frozen), cut up |
| 1 1/3 cups low fat frozen yogurt |
| 2 cups skim milk, ice cold |
| 2 Tbsps. sugar |
- Instructions:
- Cut up fruit.
- Combine all ingredients in blender and puree.
- Pour into chilled glasses and serve.
