Asparagus - Baked
Servings: 6
| 1 lb. fresh asparagus |
| 2 Tbsp. vegetable oil |
| 2 Tbsp. lemon juice |
| 2 tsp. garlic powder |
| - season with either salt or herb of your choice |
- Instructions:
- Wash asparagus and trim off hard ends.
- Lay in shallow flat pan ( 9 x 13).
- Drizzle with oil.
- Sprinkle with lemon juice, garlic powder and other seasonings of choice.
- Bake at 400 degrees for 12 - 15 minutes.
