Asparagus - Baked

Servings: 6
Ingredients:
1 lb. fresh asparagus
2 Tbsp. vegetable oil
2 Tbsp. lemon juice
2 tsp. garlic powder
- season with either salt or herb of your choice
    Instructions:
  1. Wash asparagus and trim off hard ends.
  2. Lay in shallow flat pan ( 9 x 13).
  3. Drizzle with oil.
  4. Sprinkle with lemon juice, garlic powder and other seasonings of choice.
  5. Bake at 400 degrees for 12 - 15 minutes.
