Peanut Butter French Toast
Servings: 4
| ¼ cup peanut butter |
| 8 slices bread |
| 2 eggs |
| ½ cup milk (substitute prepared nonfat dry milk) |
| ¼ teaspoon salt |
| -- butter |
- Instructions:
- Spread peanut butter on 4 slices of bread.
- Top with remaining slices of bread to make 4 sandwiches.
- Mix eggs, milk and salt.
- Dip sandwiches in egg mixture.
- Brown sandwiches on both sides in a buttered pan/skillet over low heat.
