Peanut Butter French Toast

Servings: 4
Ingredients:
¼ cup peanut butter
8 slices bread
2 eggs
½ cup milk (substitute prepared nonfat dry milk)
¼ teaspoon salt
-- butter
    Instructions:
  1. Spread peanut butter on 4 slices of bread.
  2. Top with remaining slices of bread to make 4 sandwiches.
  3. Mix eggs, milk and salt.
  4. Dip sandwiches in egg mixture.
  5. Brown sandwiches on both sides in a buttered pan/skillet over low heat.
