Fruit Tossed Salad
Servings: 6
| 4 cups salad greens |
| 2 small oranges, peeled and sectioned |
| 1 large apple, thinly sliced |
| 1 cup crushed pineapple, drained |
| 1 small cucumber, thinly sliced |
| 1 stalk celery, chopped |
| -- Dressing: -- |
| ¼ cup cooking oil |
| 2 Tbsps. honey |
| 3 Tbsps. lemon juice |
| ¼ tsp. paprika |
| 1 Tbsp. chives (opt.) |
| ½ cup walnut pieces or sunflower seeds |
- Instructions:
- In a salad bowl combine greens, orange, apple, pineapple, cucumber and celery.
- In a jar combine dressing ingredients and shake well.
- Pour dressing over salad and toss.
- Sprinkle with walnuts or sunflower seeds.
