Fruit Tossed Salad

Servings: 6
Ingredients:
4 cups salad greens
2 small oranges, peeled and sectioned
1 large apple, thinly sliced
1 cup crushed pineapple, drained
1 small cucumber, thinly sliced
1 stalk celery, chopped
-- Dressing: --
¼ cup cooking oil
2 Tbsps. honey
3 Tbsps. lemon juice
¼ tsp. paprika
1 Tbsp. chives (opt.)
½ cup walnut pieces or sunflower seeds
    Instructions:
  1. In a salad bowl combine greens, orange, apple, pineapple, cucumber and celery.
  2. In a jar combine dressing ingredients and shake well.
  3. Pour dressing over salad and toss.
  4. Sprinkle with walnuts or sunflower seeds.
