Vegetable and Bean Casserole

Servings: 6
Ingredients:
1 small onion, chopped or 1 Tablespoon dried onion
1 cup canned corn
1 cup canned green beans
1 can vegetarian beans/baked beans
2 Tbsp. ketchup
1 tsp. prepared mustard
1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
    Instructions:
  1. Preheat oven to 375 degrees.
  2. Saute onions in large skillet. (If using onion flakes, add to step 3.)
  3. Add corn, green beans, vegetarian beans, ketchup and mustard. Cook until heated through.
  4. Pour into baking dish and top with cheese.
  5. Cover and bake or 30 minutes or until casserole bubbles and cheese has melted.
