Vegetable and Bean Casserole
Servings: 6
| 1 small onion, chopped or 1 Tablespoon dried onion |
| 1 cup canned corn |
| 1 cup canned green beans |
| 1 can vegetarian beans/baked beans |
| 2 Tbsp. ketchup |
| 1 tsp. prepared mustard |
| 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese |
- Instructions:
- Preheat oven to 375 degrees.
- Saute onions in large skillet. (If using onion flakes, add to step 3.)
- Add corn, green beans, vegetarian beans, ketchup and mustard. Cook until heated through.
- Pour into baking dish and top with cheese.
- Cover and bake or 30 minutes or until casserole bubbles and cheese has melted.
